WIN Reality provides training and simulation systems for professional, collegiate, and youth athletes. Our baseball product supports thousands of different customers across these markets.

Lead Software Engineer – VR
– Led the VR engineers through the reworking of the user experience within the VR app
– Worked across teams to facilitate the first steps of training content delivery system
– Outlined approaches for feature work and collaborated with team to decide course of action
– Responsible for code reviewing other engineer’s work
– Worked with product to establish specification and requirements for engineering team

Senior Software Engineer
– Created application layer in C# to decouple the transitions of main portions of the VR app
– Created the internal patterns for setting up user interfaces in Unity with Unity prefabs
– Worked with artists and backend engineers to design and build a video asset pipeline
– Ported VIVE product to Oculus Quest
– Designed first iteration of ETL tool to import various baseball data into our app database
